Duncan D'Arcy
Legal Counsel
Duncan is a corporate commercial lawyer that advises companies at all stages of growth, with a wide range of experience in mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance and general corporate matters. Duncan earned a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry and a Juris Doctor from Dalhousie University before moving to Calgary and beginning his legal career at Bennett Jones LLP in 2016.
Extremely dedicated to his clients, Duncan quickly understands the key issues and is focused on finding practical solutions. He has been recognized as “One to Watch” in the 2024 edition of Best Lawyers in Canada for his work in Corporate and Mergers & Acquisitions Law.
Duncan also serves on the Board of Directors of Kindred Connections Society, a local charity organization that offers affordable and accessible counseling and community programming across Alberta.
